Tender & Negotiate

Now consolidated, we begin the Tender Process. 

All supply information obtained is validated with the National Grid to provide 100% accuracy on data. The Tender process can involve supplier & contract alignment, consolidated bespoke bulk tendering & in-depth contract negotiation.

We do this to establish the most cost effective solution in the short, medium & long term. All of which contribute to achieving the most competitive rates in the market. 

Present & Implement

Following the completion of the Tender process, we document & present the cost savings in a report format to you 'the client' for approval. 

Once approved & signed off,  we take care of the submission of your contracts & raising of termination with your incumbent suppliers.

We then wait for the contracts to 'go-live' as planned.

Contract & Supplier Management

Now that everything has been Implemented, we manage your contracts ahead of their next renewal's.

Our Contract management service involves everything from submitting meter readings on your behalf, to answering billing questions & queries, to investigating historic account reimbursements.
